Gift Ideas for the Creative Design Geek

Every year I wish I could send a list of all the cool stuff I find to people who buy me gifts. I also wish I could get all these things for other geeky designers that I know. But here’s some gift ideas for the Creative Design Geek in your life. Whether it’s a friend or co-worker, there’s likely something on this list that will be an awesome gift for them. I grouped it by price to make it easier on you.

Ink+Volt Planner

I personally use these planners. The Ink+Volt planner is designed to make you successful by asking questions of you every week. It is flexible and helps you set goals by week, month, and year but also has tons of blank space so you can customize your planning. It has absolutely helped me stay more focused and reflect on my sucesses as well.

Books on Color by Leatrice Eiseman

 I am a huge advocate for learning color theory. Part of the challenge of colors, however, can be knowing how to combine them. This new book by Leatrice Eiseman will hopefully be a great addition to the bookshelf of a designer in your life.
