Welcome to our first ever “Sabbatical Episode”. Basically it’s a shorter episode with more of a quick tip. This week we talk about taking breaks and how making lists is a great way to stay consistent at practicing something new.
We are committed to making great content for you guys and in order to do that, taking breaks every seventh week is how we plan to prevent burnout so we still want to show up here every week! Sometimes it will be Michelle and I and sometimes it will just be me or me and a guest but we will be here.
